The beach in Kittilä Village is located on the shore of Ounasjoki River, near the road to Sodankylä at Sodankyläntie 42, 99100 Kittilä (about 500m from Kittilä Village). You’ll find changing rooms and a beach volley net there. Note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk.

Residents can get discounted tickets for Water World Levi (Levi Hotel Spa) if their address, according to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, is registered in Kittilä. This will be checked if deemed necessary.

Those studying at a secondary education institution, such as Kittilä High School or Lapland Education Centre REDU in Kittilä, can also take advantage of discounted prices. Please show valid student identification when purchasing tickets. Those who work for the Municipality of Kittilä (even if they do not live in Kittilä) can enjoy the benefit of discounted tickets as well.

Tickets for residents can be purchased at Municipal Information Services on weekdays from 8-11 and 11.45-16 (phone: 0400 356 500). Payment options include credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
