By the youth, for the youth – Kittilä’s youth services
The youth services offered in Kittilä are incredibly diverse. Young people can take part in developing activities and services offered right from the planning stage. Youth services actively work to improve opportunities for young people to engage in civic activities.
Youth services aim to support young people’s participation and inclusion through their activities. Some activities include: open youth spaces, outreach youth work, school youth work, youth arts and theater activities, and coordinating hobbies and activities. In addition, field trips, camps, clubs, and events for youth are held in collaboration with different organizations. The youth secretary is responsible for the activities offered by youth services.
