Early childhood education in Kittilä uses the electronic Daisy information system. Applications and notifications, i.e. one-off matters, are handled in the eDaisy transaction service:
- applying for early childhood education,
- pre-school notice,
- guardians' income statement as well as notices of change (change of address, change of hour limit selection, wish to change the municipal care facility, other change).
eDaisy is logged in through the Suomi.fi service with strong identification. The eDaisy transaction service can be found at https://kittila.daisynet.fi/eDaisy/ (recommended browsers are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari).
Daily things are managed with DaisyFamily:
- reporting attendance and absences,
- reading early childhood information and messages,
- reporting information about the child, such as allergies and substitute applicants,
- announcing vacation times as well as
- the child's early childhood education plan.

You can log in to the service when a decision has been made about the early childhood education place for your child.
