Kittilä is preparing its first Equality and Non-Discrimination Plan, and everyone is invited to join the process. The plan will help the municipality improve its services and promote fairness and equal treatment for all residents.
At the forum, you can share your experiences and ideas about equality and non-discrimination in everyday life and municipal services. Together, we will identify strengths and areas for improvement. Discussions will take place in small groups, and you can also leave anonymous feedback in a feedback box.

The event includes coffee and snacks. Please register in advance for catering arrangements, but you are also welcome to join without registration.
The event is open to everyone, especially residents of Kittilä and anyone interested in the topic. Duration: approximately 2.5 hours, including coffee and a short break.

- Entrance through the upper school doors leads to the dining hall.
